8:30am Sanctuary Cove Recreational Club, ( " Signatures" Restaurant ), Sanctuary Cove.

You would normally drive right past this place as you are on the way to our current restaurant.

As you enter Sanctuary Cove, and take your normal left turn at the Security Hut/Roundanout, the very next turn on your right is the Recreation Club/Signatures Restaurant.

We will now have a FULL BUFFET BREAKFAST....Including a choice of fruit juices,and fruit,  all tea, and coffee, Sausages/hash browns/tomatoes/eggs/toast etc. etc....at a  cost of $15-00 per head.

You may choose to not have a full breakfast, and smaller meals are available.

Followed by a run afterwards.
